If your child is between 6 weeks and 12 years old, Small World has a program suited to your needs. Our staff are experienced, well trained, and consistently challenged to expand their skill set. We have a new website that provides parents with curriculum and scheduling details, snack and lunch menus, announcements, and much more. Throughout the years, Small World has successfully adapted to the ever changing childcare profession. However, through all the changes, we have maintained our family first philosophy. We are a business, but we feel the best way to do business is to put the needs of the families we serve first.

Small World has been in the childcare business since 1967, which is nearly fifty years! A number of our caregivers have been with us a good portion of that time. Their knowledge and experience provides an invaluable asset to Small World and the families we serve. Simply stated, we know how to teach, nurture, and care for children. We also understand that it is important to compliment experience with a fresh perspective. Over the last few years we have recruited a number of talented childcare professionals for both office and classroom positions. Small World is never content to rest on our laurels; we constantly strive to improve both individually and as a team.

Location, location, location!
Small World is conveniently located on Browncroft Blvd. in Penfield, NY. We are nearby to Webster, Irondequoit, Fairport, and the city of Rochester. Transportation is provided to and from the Penfield schools for our After-K and After-School programs.
