Paying by check or cash:
Payment is due the Monday of the week being paid for. As of 9/2/11, payment will be due on the Friday prior to the week being paid for.
A debit/charge card number will be kept on file in case of late payment. If payment has not been received by Tuesday the card will be charged the due amount plus a late fee. You will receive a courtesy notice prior to the card being charged.
Paying by debit or charge card:
For full time students, an automatic transfer will take place on the Monday of the week being paid for.
For part time students, an automatic transfer will take place on the Thursday of the week being paid for.
Absence fee:
Unless your child is absent M-F the full tuition cost is due. If your child is absent M-F the absence fee is %75 of your normal tuition cost. For a planned absence, payment is due according to our payment policy. For an unplanned absence, the absence fee applies the week following the absence.
Late charges:
For each day your payment is late $5 will be added to the amount due.
Returned checks:
If your check is unable to be cashed there will be a $35 returned check fee. Please make other payment arrangements as soon as possible.
Rejected charge:
If your debit or charge card is rejected there will be a $30 processing fee. Please make other payment arrangements as soon as possible.
