A daycare center located in Penfield New York, Small World has been owned and operated by Rita Barton, once the hostess of the local television show Romper Room, since 1967. We are located in an old farmhouse that has been adapted to meet the needs of a child care center. A number of renovations have modernized the farmhouse, yet it maintains a country ambiance.
